濃厚ど乳化な二郎系へ再訪:足立区南花畑「ラーメン ノックアウト」

Revisiting the thick, emulsified Jiro style: “Ramen Knockout” in Minami Hanahata, Adachi-ku

Hello, this is Arlo!

The number of coronary infections in Tokyo has been increasing again, and I’ve been working remotely for the first time at the office.

I’m getting used to working remotely, and I’m getting better at using my time.

Of course, it’s better to have fewer infected people, but I’m also looking forward to eating local ramen after a long absence.

This time, I went back to Ramen Knockout in Minami Hanahata, Adachi-ku!

前回から間もなく2度目の訪問。今回は混ぜそばを食べてきました!少し行きづらいけど行く価値は間違いなくアリ!|This was my second visit not long after the last one. This time I had the mixed soba! A little hard to get to, but definitely worth the trip!

According to the store’s Twitter page, if there is a line, you have to buy a ticket before you go in line.

This time, we visited a little earlier than 12:00 on a weekday, so there was no line even though the restaurant was almost full.

It’s been a while since I visited, so I decided to go for the normal ramen with quail topping.

I bought a meal ticket and took a seat at the counter.

When I handed the ticket to the waitress, she asked me if I wanted garlic or ginger, so I chose ginger again.

You can also order abura and yasai here.

This time, I ordered everything as normal.

It’s easy to choose the right amount of yasai since it’s posted with a picture.

Your food has arrived!

I decided to use a subtitle like youtuber Haijii.

I’ve been watching it a lot lately.

It took about 10 minutes for the bowl to arrive after I ordered.

I used to order less yasai, so it made quite an impact on me.

The soup is still the same throat emulsification, and the first thing that comes is the thick + sweetness of abura.

It’s still delicious! When you add ginger, it’s even better with a refreshingly different flavor!

I’ve seen someone say that it’s lukewarm, but it’s hot.

It’s twice as good in this cold season.

The noodles are hard, flat and thick, and I can’t slurp them up because I have a cat tongue.

I can’t slurp up the noodles because I have a cat’s tongue, but the noodles are so firm that the soup could get out of control, so I ate it with gusto.

The amount of noodles is quite a lot, even for normal noodles!

If you are normally a regular to large ramen eater, you should be quite full.

Personally, I would have preferred less noodles and abura.

I’ll have to try it again soon with that order.
