Gotanno Lunch Iekei Ramen at Asaichi Family

I got used to working from home and had a lot of lunch at home, but recently I was watching the history of Iekei Ramen on youtube, so I went because I was completely hungry (laugh)

This time I had a business nearby, so this shop in Gotanno, Adachi-ku

This time it was a vehicle, but is it about 10 minutes from the nearest Gotanno?

It is a store along the road surface of Nikko Kaido.

 

 

Atmosphere that seems to have history.

Apparently, it seems to be a store with a different diameter from the Ichi family.

I’m not very familiar with it, but as far as I can tell, the creamy soup seems to be the characteristic of Ichi.

 

A common dining ticket machine when you enter the store immediately.

There are many menus and it’s hard to understand.

 

It wasn’t crowded so I could choose slowly, so for the time being, the basics

Order with pork bone soy sauce ramen, nori seaweed, and rice.

As I said before, the extra rice in Iekei Ramen is a must!

Rice is free to refill.

 

There are about 14 seats. There are 2 injuries for 4 people, 1 injuries for 2 people, and 4 seats at the counter.

 

 

Looking at the kitchen, it seems that my brother is doing it alone, but he seems to be quite busy.

It was 5 minutes later that he came to pick up the meal ticket because he asked me to wait for the seat.

Even though it’s a corona wreck, one person would be tough …

 

It was another 10 minutes after the ramen came from the regular order (laughs).

The presence of glue is wonderful!

I’m eating a family line to wrap rice with glue soaked in soup.

 

A bite from the soup … surely creamy.

It’s delicious, but it’s more like drinking a soup from a pork bone soy sauce pot on the market rather than a family line. I don’t think the soup is taken at the store, so this is probably a stable taste.

The noodles are medium-thick straight noodles that are shorter than thin noodles. The image is that there are many flat noodles, but straight short noodles may be quite fresh. It is quite elastic and has a chewy texture.

 

Finally, soak the seaweed in the soup and go to rice.

The soup goes well with the creamy rice!

However, the seaweed has a mysterious elasticity, and the rice is soft (laughs).

This is a little disappointing. Even if I didn’t wrap it with seaweed, I often eat it with soup, so it was better to make it a little harder.

 

This time, I ordered all the taste, the hardness of the noodles, and the oil as normal, but since the oil is a little less, it may be more.

It was a very characteristic ramen, but it was a stable and delicious ramen.
