2021年末 茨城ラーメン巡り 1件目「ラーメンショップ 牛久結束店」

Ibaraki Ramen Tour at the End of 2021: Ramen Shop Ushiku Kessoku

Hello, this is Arlo!

Happy New Year m(_ _)m!

I know it’s a little late now, after 7 days (lol)

I’m going to be doing a lot of things this year as well, so please support me.

I’ll be doing a bit more on youtube and stuff this year!

So, this time I’m going to talk about the end of the year.

This year, I went on a ramen tour with my friends.

Our destination is Ibaraki!

We’ve been talking about going there for quite a while, but it’s not that far away, so we could have gone there if we wanted to.

It’s a place I don’t often go to.

We planned to visit about three places.

It was the end of the year, so the number of stores open was limited.

At any rate, I decided to go to one of the many ramen stores that were open.

The other shop was “Hariken Ramen,” which I had been interested in for a while.

The other store was to be decided on the spot.

We met up at 8:00 a.m. on the day.

We didn’t need to use the expressway to get there, so we just drove straight down the Mito Highway.

Since it was the end of the year, it wasn’t too crowded and we arrived at the first ramen store in a little over two hours!

As expected of Japan’s best. There were already a few people waiting in line, even though it was about 30 minutes before the store opened.

If you look at the picture above, the back of the line is the first in line, and the line turns along the store at the vending machine in front.

We were right around the vending machine.

There are many people who come in groups of motorcycle touring, and the line keeps growing.

By the way, motorcycles are supposed to be parked in the back of this picture.

It was 10:50, a little past the opening time. Finally, the restaurant opened.

The first thing to do is to buy a meal ticket at the entrance and sit down.

After one group sits down, another group enters the restaurant. Until then, we waited in front of the store to disinfect.

There are two ticket machines, so the process is pretty fast.

This time, since we were at a ramen store, we ordered “Negi Ramen”.

I was tempted to order the Negi Chashu (pork chashu), but I thought about what I would order later and decided to hold back.

There are quite a few seats in the restaurant, and we were able to sit down after the first round. I was lucky enough to be seated at a table.

We sat down and waited for about 10 minutes.

The Negi Ramen I was looking for.

It was full of back fat!

I think I wanted some chashu pork.

When I started with the soup, the sweetness of the back fat came first, and the taste was milder than I expected.

Even with so much back fat in the soup, it’s still delicious.

The noodles were medium thin and straight.

The noodles are medium thin and straight, and the green onions are not too spicy.

It’s not that it’s the best ramen in Japan compared to other ramen stores, but it’s one of the best ramen stores in the world.

It’s one of the best ramen shops in Japan.

It’s hard to come here to eat if you don’t put your mind to it, because it’s so crowded.

It was a great experience to have it this time!

This makes me want to try other rashos again.

Next time, we’ll go to the second restaurant, Riken Ramen!

See you soon!
