Today I’d like to introduce a product I recently purchased that impressed me.
Have you ever heard of a show called “Iroha ni Chidori”?
It’s a show that the comedian Chidori runs on TV Saitama.
It’s a popular show that’s currently running until season 11!
Well, I haven’t actually watched it properly (laughs).
I’ve never actually watched the show properly (lol), but I found a product on youtube that actor Ken Sato, who has a close relationship with Nobu Chidori, was interested in after watching “Iroha ni Chidori”.
It was introduced on youtube.
Kenko Mayonnaise’s “Garlic Butter Sauce” was introduced there.
I had never seen this product before. I’ve never seen this Kenco Mayonnaise company before, but their website has a lot of interesting products!
This time, I looked for it on amazon and the price was reasonable, so I ordered it!
I’ve been using it for a while now, but I’m not sure if I’ll ever use it again.

It’s 515g, which is a little smaller than a professional dressing.
Here’s what I actually bought.
(Well, it’s hard to tell because I forgot to put a comparison target.)
There is also a 205g dressing size and a 20g one-time use type.
As the name suggests, it’s garlic butter, but apparently there’s no garlic in the ingredients.
That’s probably why the garlic flavor is so strong, but it doesn’t leave a greasy taste in your mouth.
It’s oily, but not too greasy, and quite easy to use!
The contents are a loose paste that can be used as is.

I recommend it especially for stir-frying seafood.
Just pour this sauce on scallops or prawns and stir-fry them for an excellent snack.
You can also add it to salted ramen or fried rice.
But be careful not to add too much because the taste is strong!
