Hello, this is Arlo!
The other day, it seems that Gal Sone featured Akasaka’s Dandan noodles on TV by Osamu Hayashi.
When I looked it up, it seemed that Tameike Sanno’s Tsujita was number one.
Tsujita used to go to eat only tsukemen, but he said he even went to a store specializing in dandan noodles.
I thought I went to Akasaka’s Dandan noodles quite a bit, but this is still undeveloped.
I went there by all means.

It’s about 13 minutes from Akasaka, just off the exit of Tameike Sanno.
It is a large building with a dining area.
The restaurant is on the 3rd floor.
There are other restaurants that look delicious, but today I’m going straight to Tsujita!
We arrived at around 12:30, but initially there were about 5 people in line.
Purchase meal tickets first and line up.
As soon as they start lining up, the clerk confirms the meal ticket.
You can also get a service ticket.
It took about 7 minutes to get to the store.
The counter is separated by a transparent partition, but seasonings and water are one in two seats, so it may be a little difficult for those who are not good at talking (laugh)
When I was seated and waited, I got a bowl in about 7 minutes.
Today’s recommended set comes with a mini mapo tofu bowl.
If you get it from the soup immediately, it’s a smooth soup with chili oil rather than creamy.
The flavor is perfect because it contains plenty of sesame seeds.
The noodles are thin straight noodles. The soup is often entwined with a low water content.
Minced meat is a slightly sweet type.
Dandan noodles with a very good overall balance without making too much insistence.
I was told that I could choose the spiciness from 0 to 6, but I wasn’t very strong, so when I asked for it to be normal, it became 2.
However, it’s quite spicy, so I sweat by the time I finish eating.
It was not only spicy but also delicious Tantan noodles and mapo tofu bowl.
Many people ordered Shirunashi Tantanmen, so I’d like to try that one next time.
