2021年末 ラーメン巡り 3件目「寿製麺 よしかわ 川越店」

Ramen tour at the end of 2021, 3rd stop: Kotobuki Seimen Yoshikawa, Kawagoe Branch

Hello, this is Arlo!

This is the third and final stop on my ramen tour that started in Ibaraki at the end of last year.

We ended up in Kawagoe (lol).

Because on December 30th, there were only a few stores open!

Well, I went to the second one in the afternoon, so I decided to go a little farther for the third one.

Since we had time, we searched far and wide and found that Yoshikawa in Kawagoe, Saitama was open for business.

I had heard the name before, so I was curious, so I went there!

By the time we arrived, the sky was completely dark and we were getting hungry.

It was just before 6:00 p.m., so the line was still small and there was only one group in front of us.

As soon as you enter the entrance, there is a ticket vending machine.

There was a special menu for the end of the year, but since it was my first visit, I decided to go with the basic “Niboshi Soba White Soy Sauce”.

After buying the ticket, there is a small room next to the ticket machine.

No, it’s not a waiting area, but more like a corridor to wait in line.

As soon as I started lining up, there was a line behind me, so my timing was good.

After about 10 minutes in line, we were led to the counter.

Both the counter and the tables have a wide space between seats.

The counter and tables are both wide and spacious, and it looks like families can come here without worrying about children.

The bowl of rice arrived in about 6 or 7 minutes after I took my seat.

There were so many toppings that I thought it was a special dish for a moment.

750 yen for this is too good for the cost!

I immediately tried the soup and found it to be really delicious.

The niboshi (dried sardines) can be felt clearly, but there is no greasy taste at all.

The saltiness of the soup is perfect, as most places have a strong saltiness.

It was definitely the No. 1 niboshi ramen for me.

The noodles are straight and thin.

The noodles are thin and straight, with a pungent texture that goes well with the soup.

The total balance is very good.

I could tell that each of the ingredients was carefully prepared, and it was a really delicious ramen.

I’m really glad I got to have this at the end of the year!

It is difficult to visit often because of the distance, but I would definitely like to repeat this restaurant.

I would like to try a different menu next time.

It seems to be available in cup and instant form, so if you’re interested, please click on the image below.

So long~!
