This is a shop where you can enjoy Kitakata ramen.
There is Tanaka Shoten in the immediate vicinity, but since it opens in the evening, it is inevitable to wait in line during the day.
Access is a 15-minute walk from Tsukuba Express Rokucho Station in Adachi Ward.
There is a parking lot in common with Tanaka Shoten, so you may use a car.
I arrived at the shop around 12:10 on the day of my visit.
70% of the seats were already occupied, but I entered the store smoothly without waiting.
Orders are by meal ticket system.
This time I ordered regular Chinese noodles and rice balls. Impression that many customers are asking for taste balls.
You can choose rice balls when you hand over your meal ticket, but this day is spam and salmon.
I wanted to eat spam rice balls, but they sold out for one person …
I’m a little disappointed, but I ordered salmon rice balls. Well, the salmon is also delicious!
It seems that there is only one man cooking, but it is quite skillful and it takes about 5 minutes to put on a bowl.
A clear and light soy sauce soup that looks beautiful.
The noodles are chewy and smooth, flat and crispy noodles.
The char siu is thicker and thicker than I expected.
I ate it while thinking that it was more spam than salmon rice balls because it was light.
If you add a special seasoning called Kara on the table, the taste will change dramatically and it will go well with salmon rice balls.
It’s quite spicy, but I definitely want you to try it!
Next time, I thought I’d like to try Yamagata spicy miso, but I ate it completely.
