So this time, I chased Tantan noodles and came to Uzutan.

Since there is nothing at all, I was worried whether it was really open until I saw the entrance of the shop (laugh)

 

When you enter, there are hand towels, paper aprons, and chopsticks in front of the entrance, so take your own and go to the guided seat.

It’s hot outside, so I’m worried about chilling, but since it’s been a while, I ordered basic dandan noodles.

The previous store was a small store that could accommodate only about 5 people, but this time it is spacious.

Jazz is also played at the wooden counter, so you can relax and enjoy your meal.

I always think of tea, but what kind of tea is it? It’s like barley tea with a little sourness (laughs)

 

Dandan noodles arrive in about 5 minutes.

By the way, a small bowl comes with it every time, but today it was a meatball.

This is delicious again!

It’s a little sweet, so it’s perfect as a chopstick rest when eating spicy food.

 

The essential dandan noodles start with the soup.

It’s a creamy type of soup, but the sourness comes first and then the spiciness follows.

It feels a bit spicy by default among ordinary dandan noodles.

The noodles are crispy noodles, but the water content is low and they are well entwined with the soup.

While breaking the minced meat on the way, the taste changes a little.

The minced meat itself is also seasoned with spices.

There is Japanese pepper on the top, but the punch of Japanese pepper is not as high as it looks and it is a good balance.

Totally very delicious.

I thought it was a little spicy, and while I was sweating, I ate the soup in no time.

It is said that the types of knobs will increase a little more at night.
