My First Cat Cafe
Hello, this is Arlo!
I’ve been experiencing quite a cat boom lately.
I had a dog at home when I was a teenager, but I’ve never had a cat.
I’ve always said that I was a dog person, but since the beginning of this year, there’s been a sudden cat boom.
It probably started at the nearby “Pet no Kojima.
The Russian blue one near the entrance was my favorite because it was so cute.

One day, I saw that it had been sold.
Well, it’s a pet store, so it’s not surprising, lol.
Since then, I’ve been looking at shelter cats and breeders.
My family is now in a cat boom.
So we went to a cat cafe for the first time!
The store we visited
This time I visited a cat cafe in Lake Town, Koshigaya.

I wonder if it’s the newest facility, but everything from entering to leaving is self-service!
All you have to do is go to the reception desk, push the button on the machine that brings out your slippers, close your luggage in the locker, and enter.
When you leave, just pay at the machine and you’re done.
The fee is 220 yen for 10 minutes, and the maximum fee is 2,640 yen for the whole day.

The interior is bright and cheerful, more like a spacious European coffee shop than a café. (laughs).
There are manga, games, and unlimited drinks from the vending machines.
And there are cats all over the place.
This time I went at about 1:00 p.m., but the timing was bad and it was pretty crowded.
The cats were also taking a nap, probably because they were not hungry.
Too bad.
I had no choice but to quit after half an hour, and went back in the evening.
In the evening, the number of people decreased and the cats started to move.

Well, it was a happy space (lol).
But I’m not sure if it’s because I’m not used to them, but they didn’t come close to me yet.
It was a day that made me want to own a cat even more.
