Hot soup Nishiarai “Tsukemen Taiyo”

I got lost in ramen today. ..
I want to eat ramen, but I haven’t decided which genre I want to eat.

There must have been a different shop here before.
When I looked it up, the original shop moved to a nearby location, and the same owner was put up for this shop.
When you enter, it is a meal ticket system.
Since Tsukemen is included in the store name, I ordered the most normal Tsukemen and char siu rice this time.
The inside of the store has a beautiful atmosphere with only a counter.
There are two clerk, one male and one female.
I think there are about 4 customers around 13:00.
When I sit down and look at my cell phone, it takes about 15 minutes to get a bowl. I feel like waiting for a while.

The bowl (pot?) That contains the soup is hot.
It is boiling like Jjigae.
The ingredients are as shown in the photo.
The char siu bowl seems to be seasoned with gochujang, but the amount is honestly delicate.
As for noodles, it was usually 200 before boiling, but if this is the case, it seems that you can go with medium serving.
The noodles are thick and delicious with something kneaded into them.
The soup is a hot soup with the soup stock of seafood.
It’s in a pot so it’s hot enough to get burned (laughs)
It’s pretty sweet, but maybe you prefer it to be crisp.
Although the char siu is a little less than 2 cm thick, it is a soft char siu that crumbles.
Because the amount was small, I was able to eat it.
To be honest, the char siu bowl is 300 yen and I’m a little dissatisfied with this amount.
There was a menu for 200 yen, so let’s order that + boiled egg next time.
