おもてなしだけでリピート確定!西新井ラーメン「桔梗と空」

This time I went to this shop in Nishiarai, which is famous for Nishiarai Daishi.

The place is about 5 minutes from the west exit of Nishiarai where Ario etc. are located. It’s just after entering the alley.

There is a bicycle parking space for 5 or 6 cars across the street.

The flow of purchasing a meal ticket at the same time as entering the store.

It may be difficult for small children because only the counter has less than 10 seats.

There are two cooks in the store and one aunt on the seat side.

 

The main menu is the bellflowers of Tanrei soy sauce and the sky of dried soy sauce.

In addition, there are 12 limited-edition tsukemen and ramen that is not known in the summer.

 

On this day, the sun was spicy, so I bought tsukemen, and my wife, who went with me, bought a bellflower with a flavored ball.

As soon as the ticket is issued, you will be guided to your seat and asked if you have a paper apron.

 

Like the store that will open in 2019, the store has a clean interior and care for hair clips and aprons.

 

At the counter, there are unfamiliar seasonings along with garlic and pepper.

I tried adding it to the taste change on the way, but it is a seasoning that combines sour, spicy and umami, but it is also rich and delicious.

 

Tsukemen arrived in less than 10 minutes after sitting down!

Even though it doesn’t come with special toppings, it’s a great deal compared to other menus.

The noodles are kneaded with black grains. I wonder what.

The soup is a rich soup made from seafood and pork bones.

 

My wife’s Tanrei soy sauce looks like this.

This is also normal except for the taste balls, but it is a gorgeous ramen such as mochi and green onions.

It’s a crisp type of ramen because it’s just beautiful.

 

I also ordered a char siu bowl, but it seems to be common.

It ’s not the rice with the char siu on it, but the char siu that has been torn apart.

Char siu rice bowl as a solid dish with green onions. It’s good to order rice after a long time.

Tsukemen is also a common seafood tonkotsu type, but it is polite and delicious.

It was a tsukemen that you can enjoy until the end because you can change the taste in various ways.

 

Next, I want to eat the sky of dried soy sauce!

On the way back, I was sitting in the back from the entrance, so when I leave, it opens there, etc.

It was a shop where you can enjoy very pleasant hospitality throughout, so I definitely recommend this place. It was such a shop that I wanted to repeat with just this.
