We had ramen for lunch today.

I came down from Hie Shrine and wandered around Akasaka.

That’s another reason why I haven’t visited this place in a year or so since I came to Akasaka.

 

But I figured it’s not good to judge anything without trying it, so I finally paid a visit!

There were two or three customers in the restaurant.

Today was my first visit, so I went for the normal ramen.

I also ordered a Negi Chashu-don (pork cutlet rice bowl), even though small rice is included in the service.

 

The moment I bought the ticket and sat down, the waitress went away and didn’t come back for about three minutes, but I was able to order safely (laughs).

 

It took about 7 minutes after we were seated.

 

 

 

It looks quite thick. There are a lot of ingredients for the price, and it looks very satisfying.

 

First of all, when I took the soup, I found that it was a normal thick pork bone ramen, but it also had the flavor of soy sauce.

I regret that I avoided it because I had a selfish image of it.

 

The noodles are medium-thick with a firm texture.
