赤坂見附ランチ　「ノムノ（nomuno）」

今日のランチは先日見つけたボロネーゼ専門店。

赤坂見附の駅から3分位、銀だこ左折してペットショップの先くらいにインパクトのある看板。

夜はワインバーとなるらしい。

前回はチーズたっぷりのボロネーゼ。

それはブログに残し忘れたのでまた今度（笑）

今度は気になっていたトリュフクリームパスタ。

きのこ好き、クリーム好きな私としては初日に次は必ず食べようと決めていた商品。

我慢できずに2日連続で行ってしまいました。

2日目なので注文は慣れたもの。

入って左手にあるパントリーで注文。

量はもう少しあっても良いと思うけど大盛りが350円プラスと少しお高めのため

普通の量で我慢。

注文が終わってお金を払うと引換券が貰えます。

水を取って席にて待機。

アルコールティッシュも常備。

携帯でも見て待っていると10分程度で呼ばれます。

しっかりトリュフの香りがしますがきのこ類は特に見えず。

オイルで香り付けなのかな。

具はゴロゴロ入っていますが恐らくボロネーゼと同じお肉たち。

早速食べてみると、今回は結構塩味強め。。

確かにトリュフの香りはしますがなんか全体的に特徴もなく普通。

お肉はゴロゴロ居ますが、これならキノコだけ入っている方が嬉しい。

ボロネーゼが美味しかっただけに少し残念。

ただボロネーゼは絶品！

次はボロネーゼに温玉乗せをやってみたいと思っていたので次回はそれで行こうかな。

The ingredients are rumbling, but probably the same meat as Bolognese.

It does have a truffle scent, but it has no overall characteristics and is normal.

The meat is rumbling, but in this case it would be nice to have only mushrooms in it.

After all, is this a Bolognese store?

Next time I wanted to put a hot ball on Bolognese, so next time I’ll go with that.
